      • Ex: ¿Raleigh está cerca o lejos de Florida? Raleigh está lejos de Florida.
  • How to form plurals (Look at Packet pg. 6 and 7)
    • Remember: If it ends with a consonant add ES.  If it ends with a vowel add S. 
    • Ex: el perro—> los perros/ el cartel—>los carteles

Things to know for your exam!

  1. VOCAB! This exam is very vocab intensive and you need to make sure you know the words in your sleep to be successful
    • differentiate healthy and unhealthy foods and drinks
    • healthy and unhealthy activities
    • Dont forget words to decribe frequency ex. a veces, todos los dias…etc
  2. Adjectives
    • Must match in gender and quantity with noun it is describing
    • If adj end in it will only match in quantity
  3. Ser
    • Be able to conjugate
    • Know difference in using Ser vs. Estar
      • look at notecard for ser
  4. Gustar/Encantar Verbs
    • Know how to form/identify subjects
      • must go in front of your subject!
      • Look at note card for gustar
  5. Conjugate!
    • Dont confuse your -AR, -ER, -IR endings
    • Write them all out for practice
      • Practice songs
