Thing you need to know!

  1. Vocab
    • English to Spanish is vital here
  2. IR!!
    •  Congujations
    • Ir + a + Location 
    • Ir+ a+ Infinitive
      • Know the difference between to two
      • AY! Don’t forget that “a”
  3. Irregular Verbs
    • KNOW THEM
      • Pg. 1 for review
  4. Jugar
    • Remeber you can do it two ways
      • Juego a golf or Juego golf
        • remember u->ue 
        • pg. 15 for review
  5. Respond to questions
    • Remember if it asks you in Tu respond in Yo
      • Ex. Por que vas a la iglesia? Voy a la iglesia para estudiar.

Things to know for your exam!

  1. VOCAB! This exam is very vocab intensive and you need to make sure you know the words in your sleep to be successful
    • differentiate healthy and unhealthy foods and drinks
    • healthy and unhealthy activities
    • Dont forget words to decribe frequency ex. a veces, todos los dias…etc
  2. Adjectives
    • Must match in gender and quantity with noun it is describing
    • If adj end in e it will only match in quantity
  3. Ser
    • Be able to conjugate
    • Know difference in using Ser vs. Estar
      • look at notecard for ser
  4. Gustar/Encantar Verbs
    • Know how to form/identify subjects
      • A must go in front of your subject!
      • Look at note card for gustar
  5. Conjugate!
    • Dont confuse your -AR, -ER, -IR endings
    • Write them all out for practice
      • Practice songs
